Mairead’s Book Launch 📚
If you thought FARO brushes were the only things our co-founder Mairead Ronan could create, think again. She’s added “author” to her CV with her new book, What We Know Now. Co-written with best mate Jenny Kelly, it’s a book that feels like having a good chat with friends about life’s ups and downs.
The book covers everything: friendships, marriage, motherhood, and even the simple joys of a properly cleaned house (tell us we’re not alone in finding that strangely satisfying! 😅). It’s funny, real, and packed with moments that’ll have you nodding along, thinking, Yep, been there.

Make-A-Wish Magic ✨
Mid-November, we had the absolute pleasure of being part of the Make-A-Wish lunch. It was one of those events that leaves you with a full heart and a big smile.
We sponsored 250 of our 1-Minute Masks for the goodie bags, so every guest went home with a little treat to enjoy. Mary Byrne from X Factor performed on the day, Santa made a surprise appearance, and the atmosphere was nothing short of magical.
But the real highlight? The incredible generosity. Between raffles, auctions, and donations, a huge amount was raised to grant life-changing wishes for children with serious illnesses. Being part of something so special reminded us why giving back is such an important part of what we do.
Christmas Gifting Showcase 🎄
Who doesn’t love a bit of Christmas sparkle? Earlier this month, we teamed up with Neostrata, Thalgo, and Peppermint Grove for a festive gifting showcase at the River Lee Hotel in Cork.
The event was a cosy gathering of media, influencers, press, and buyers. We brought along some of our FARO favourites, including our brushes and 1-Minute Masks, and let the products do the talking.
Guests were treated to mulled wine, cocktails, and canapés while getting a sneak peek at this year’s best gift ideas. It was such a lovely chance to connect with so many people who share our love for beauty, self-care, and thoughtful gifting.

Living “Your Best Life” ✨
A few weeks ago, we hit the road to Killarney for the Your Best Life event, hosted by Maura Derrane, James Patrice, and Una Healy. This event was all about celebrating the little (and big) things that make life better, and we were thrilled to be part of it.
We set up a FARO stand and ensured that every guest—over 360—went home with one of our 1-Minute Masks in their goodie bags. Seeing so many people buzzing about what we do is always such a highlight.
The energy on the day was electric. Between inspiring chats, big laughs, and plenty of love for FARO, it was one of those events that leaves you feeling inspired and excited for what’s next.
