IRELAND: Deliver in Ireland will usually take 3-5 working days excluding Bank Holidays. Delivery costs €6.00
UK: UK deliveries should arrive in approximately 5 working days (Monday-Friday) after you receive your dispatch email from us. Delivery costs €9.00
INTERNATIONAL: These services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday), and worldwide within 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday).
You can track your order using the tracking number given in the dispatch email.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 28 days. If it has been 28 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer either a refund or an exchange.
Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our Website.
How to make a Return?
1. Register your return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and mention 'return' in your subject line.
2. Print your return form here & include it in your package
3. Send your package to: Aramex, Logistics WH5, Belinstown, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed, within 7-10 days. We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks of the confirmation email contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items: Items or Products which are marked as being included in a “Sale” or “Sale items” or similarly described, or Items on subscriptions unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange, is needed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping: The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging to our Distribution Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your original order ID, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds. Please post back to us using a standard delivery service.
